Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are for regular medication which the doctor agrees you can order from the surgery without first being seen.
Please give us 72 hours notice if you need a repeat prescription. Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception, in the box in the porch or post it to the surgery. If you register for My Health Online or on My Surgery App  you can then  request  using the internet.
The practice does not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

To comply with national and local guidelines, your repeat prescriptions will usually be enough medication to last 28 days. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

You may also fax prescription requests to the relevant surgery on the fax numbers displayed on the home page.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly.

When you are due a medication review, ( it will be hand written on your prescription ), just speak to one of our receptionists and they will book you in with our practice pharmacist.

On your prescription  you will notice other messages will appear there occasionally too, for example reminding you Flu Vaccinations are now due.
